The earlier you schedule, the more availability we will have! Typically 3 weeks in advance is enough., however, our busiest seasons are fall and spring. From March-May and September-November, you may want to schedule as much as 6 weeks in advance. If you have deadlines for yearbooks, programs, clubs, etc., be sure to let us know when we set up your session!

This is up to you! We have a great list of locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that we love to shoot at, but of course this may need to be somewhere specific based on your industry. We are always open to coming to your business location. We also have a studio at 118 N Main St in Downtown Mansfield if you’re looking for an indoor location.

It’s always nice to bring a drink in the summer or a jacket in the winter, especially when shooting outdoors. If you’re planning to wear heels, you may want to wear or bring flats to walk to and from the place we’re shooting. If we’re incorporating items that showcase your personality, such as instruments, sports equipment, or equipment/tools from your job, etc., make sure to have those with you as well!

We suggest arriving about 10-15 minutes early in order to make final adjustments to hair, makeup, outfits, etc.

We do our best to deliver your images quickly, typically in 1-2 weeks.

Our standard branding session typically includes no less than 20-30 images in your final gallery, so that you have plenty of choices when ordering!

Yes! Additional digital files can be purchased individually or in sets.

We use a professional printing lab off site from our studio. Because of this, allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We promise the quality is worth the wait!
